The second quarter of the year 2010, Aleesha has become a leading female bodybuilder. Aleesha Young was born 1984 to the family of sports. They also had siblings who played athletics, including hockey and ice skating. Aleesha had played sports before like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha received her professional license after winning the NPC USA Championships 2014 She began to compete in the year 2008 but has been competing since 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she placed 9th. Her finish was ninth for the year 2015. Aleesha placed 6th in both of 2015 and 2016 during the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 when she won her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS The Phoenix Rising in 2020. The 4th position was her top finish. The "World's Strongest Mom" has taken a health break.
